Essendon Baseball Club requires a Coach for the Women’s Program over the 2016/17 summer season. The successful candidate will have extensive baseball knowledge, suitable experience in women’s baseball, interpersonal and leadership qualities and a sports philosophy aligned to the Club’s Mission Statement (see below). The selection process invites candidates to provide a cover letter and a statement addressing the selection criteria in detail.
Your responses will be used by the selection panel to determine your suitability for the club and the position.
Shortlisted applicants can expect to attend a meeting/interview with the selection panel at a date/time to be determined. This meeting will provide an opportunity for applicants to reinforce and expand on the experiences and ideas described in their applications.
