CLUB DESCRIPTION
Malmsbury Rangers Baseball Club was established in 2021. Rangers was started by Jamie Kinkade under the auspices of Malmsbury Cricket Club and registered as its own incorporated association in 2024. Malmsbury was started to bridge the gap between Melbourne and Bendigo based clubs and is the only baseball club catering for Central Victoria. This season, the club is looking to improve on our members' experience to give everyone an equal opportunity to participate in baseball. We offer a family-orientated environment and understand that there will be members and families that will not be able to commit every week and we wish all members to know that we understand these things.
In addition to becoming a member of our club, all members are supported by current and previous members along with family and friends associated with our club.
We use four different platforms: (Stack Team App, Whats App, Facebook and Instagram) to communicate with our members so that everyone has access to information when needed.
The objectives of Rangers Baseball Club are to promote and support the growth of baseball in the Bendigo and Central Victorian communities, and provide all members with a positive experience whether that be a participant or supporter of the club.
Our organisation and its values are aligned with those of our governing bodies Baseball Australia, Baseball Victoria, and Bendigo Baseball Association who are responsible for the governance of the game at local, state and national levels.
