Australia hosts U18 World Cup Qualifier

As the National Youth Championships conclude at Blacktown
International Sportspark, the Australian U18 team will take on Guam and New
Zealand for the Baseball Confederation of Oceania (BCO) U18 Championship.

 

The winner of the BCO U18 Championship will take their place
at the U18 Baseball World Cup in Thunder Bay, Canada from 1-11 September 2017.

 

National team selectors have been in attendance at the
National Youth Championships keeping an eye on potential team members, with the
final team to be announced at the conclusion of the National Youth
Championships (15 January).

*The top two teams will play off for the BCO Championship,
however if a team goes through the tournament undefeated, they will be
