12 January 2015

Play resumed at the 2015 National Women's Championships in Canberra today after a washout yesterday due to the weather. Competition heated up at the event with Queensland defeating Victoria for only the second time in 16 years.

Queensland v Victoria

For the second time in 16 years Queensland defeated Victoria, it was a great game of baseball with only one run in the win. The Queensland team came together as a whole with their younger players as stand outs, a credit to the junior development program in Queensland.
