Baseball Victoria is excited to share the news that Samantha Hamilton is inducted into the Baseball Australia Hall of Fame!
“It’s incredibly special to be recognised in this way, but more than anything it makes me reflect on what we achieved together as a group. We were part of something new, something that helped shape the future of women’s baseball in Australia, and that’s what I’m most proud of," Samantha said.
"I feel very lucky to have shared that journey with such a committed group of teammates, coaches and staff. To see women’s baseball acknowledged like this now is pretty amazing, and it’s an honour to be considered part of that first generation of trailblazers.” This announcement comes after a very successful AWC, with Samantha leading the Victorian team straight into finals as their team manager.
