Page pitched well for Ringwood and was backed up with the bat by Mitch Ayres and Nathan Aron who worked hard to tie the game in the middle innings. Wiggins for Ringwood came in to relieve Page in the 6th and pitched well. He gave way to Nathan Silver who took over on the bump for Ringwood in the last. However it was the Dandenong batters who did what they had been doing all weekend when they won by forcing a run across the plate to win in the bottom of the 8th after the two hours were up.
