Baseball Victoria is pleased to welcome Pamela Warwick and Roslyn Gowty to our Board of Directors.
Both active members in the baseball community, we welcome their passion and determination for growth in our game. With vast experience and leadership, Pamela and Ros will be wonderful additions to our board.
Pamela Warwick
Pamela is an experienced technology and governance executive with more than 20 years of leadership delivering organisational transformation, digital strategy, and major technology programs across the public, private, and sporting sectors globally. She currently serves as Director of Technology & Systems at Melbourne Park, where she leads technology strategy and operations for one of Australia's premier major events and sporting precincts. Pamela has been actively involved in baseball for many years as a volunteer and administrator, leading governance, policy, and member experience improvements at club level. She is passionate about strengthening community sport through good governance, sustainable club development, and growing participation across all levels of the game.
Roslyn Gowty
Ros Gowty is a passionate baseball community member, governance leader and advocate for inclusive participation in sport. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Board Member of Alexandra District Health, Ros brings strong experience in strategy, governance, risk and community leadership. She has held senior leadership roles across complex public sector environments, with a focus on community wellbeing, inclusive communities, customer experience, and statewide health operations.
Ros is actively involved in women’s baseball, having chaired Baseball Victoria’s Women’s Pathway Working Group, and is keen to contribute more broadly to the Board’s strategic planning and decision making. Ros is committed to supporting welcoming environments where players, clubs and volunteers can thrive.
