2016 U15 World Cup Team Announcement

Baseball Victoria
11 July 2016

Baseball Australia is proud to announce the 20 athletes that have been selected in the 2016 15U World Cup team.

Managing the 2016 Australian 15U World Cup team will be Andrew Kyle, who is excited by the upcoming tournament.

"The 15U team has made a really positive start," Kyle said.

"We expect to compete and if we catch the ball cleanly and attack the strike zone we will give ourselves a chance to do that. That's the beauty about baseball, if you take care of those things you will always give yourself a chance to be successful. We have a tough task ahead of us facing 3 of the top 7 nations in our pool. It is a fantastic opportunity for these young athletes who will have a chance to take on the best teams in the world, including host nation Japan in the opening game."
