Multidirectional Instability (MDI) of the shoulder is when the shoulder joint dislocates and/or subluxes in more than one direction. Shoulder strengthening exercises have been shown to help reduce pain and subluxations in people with MDI. This project is about comparing two different exercise programs for people with MDI of the shoulder. The results of the project will assist in establishing which exercise program is the most effective for people with this type of shoulder condition.

Perth Metro Central have place third at the 2015 Junior League Baseball Asia-Pacific Championships in Saipan.

The local WA charter were the first ever Australian representatives for this age group, and showed Australia’s skill level and development is on-point, finishing with a 4-2 win loss record.

The Championship dodged bad weather all week with three typhoons expected to hit the small Northern Mariana Island in the Western Pacific.  But luckily for the baseball and experience for the players none of them hit Saipan directly.

In true Aussie form, Perth Metro Central were a hit with the other teams and local event organisers, holding exemplary spirit and sportsmanship on and off the field.

Manager Wayne Sheldon said the coaching staff couldn’t be more proud.

“I’m very proud of what the boys have achieved and how they have represented Australia.  Go Australia!”
