Baseball Australia and the Australian Baseball League (ABL) are excited to continue their multi-year partnership with Boral, one of Australia’s leading suppliers of building and construction materials.
Boral will continue to hold presenting rights for the ABL All-Star Game (date and venue to be announced), and the ABL Championship Series for the 2017/18 and 2018/19 ABL seasons.
Together with their support of the premier baseball league in Australia, Boral has extended their partnership with the Australian Women’s National Team (Australian Emeralds) through July 2019. This will ensure the Emeralds will have significant support in their quest for glory at the upcoming 2018 Women’s World Cup (date and venue to be announced).
Baseball Australia CEO Cam Vale is proud to see Boral’s continued support of baseball in Australia.
“Boral has been instrumental in the continued growth of our sport,” Vale said.
“Their longstanding affiliation has been vital to the development of the ABL, and their support of women’s baseball has been crucial to the continued progress of our women’s programs.”
Boral CEO and Managing Director Mike Kane is excited to extend the already strong relationship with Baseball in Australia.
"Boral is delighted to continue to support the growing sport of baseball in Australia through our sponsorship of the Australian Baseball League and the Australian Emeralds,” Kane said.
“It's exciting to be part of the sport as it is clearly taking off and growing at the grass roots through to elite level in Australia. And supporting the Australian Emeralds is an ideal way for us to help provide a pathway for young women and girls who want to compete at the highest level in baseball in this country.”
