After being down 2 – 1 when the game had to be suspended due to rain on the first day, Queensland came back to the game on fire. Scoring 7 runs in the 4th innings and giving them the momentum to finish the game with a convincing win 18-2 over ACT.
President’s Friendship Team v New South Wales
New South Wales had two scoreless innings showing that the young Friendship team showed great aggression against such an experienced game. Star played of the game was NSW pitcher Marti Sementelli, who pitched a perfect game for 4 innings.
