Geelong 13 v Bendigo 3
Bendigo watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 13-3 loss to Geelong on Sunday morning. Geelong scored on a single by Max T and a walk by Heston L in the first inning.
Geelong scored five more runs in the third inning with RBIs from George S, Jasper H, and Heston. Max pitched, allowing five hits and three runs over two and two-thirds innings, walking zero.
Blake H started the game for Bendigo. The pitcher went one inning, allowing four runs on three hits, striking out two and walking one. Mason S, Hamish K, and Oliver H each contributed in relief.
Zak B, Jack M, William E, Lachlan P, and Russell B each managed one hit to lead Bendigo. William made the most plays with six in a clean fielding game.
Geelong scattered seven hits in the game. Cale M and Noah L had multiple hits and Noah led the side with four stolen bases. Geelong scored 16 stolen bases in total and also didn't make any errors in the field as Cale led the way with five chances.
Diamond Valley 13 v City West 6
Diamond Valley got started early on their way to a 13-6 win over City West, scoring on a single by Jaxon W and a walk by Cooper S in the first inning.
City West collected six hits and Diamond Valley had nine in the high-scoring affair. Cohen P. singled to lead a five-run second inning for Diamond Valley while City West got four back in the fourth.
Joel R toed the rubber for Diamond Valley. The fireballer went two and two-thirds innings, allowing two runs on three hits, striking out seven and walking one.
Christian P led things off on the mound for City West. The bulldog surrendered six runs on three hits over one and one-third innings, striking out four. Lucas K threw two innings in relief.
City West tallied six hits and six stolen bases in the game. Joshua R and Flynn S had two hits apiece.
Jaxon led Diamond Valley with two hits in three at bats. Cooper had four of the team's 11 stolen bases.
Dandenong 8 v Ringwood 8
Ringwood tied the game on a wild pitch in the fourth inning for a final score of 8-8.
Dandenong opened up scoring in the first inning when Cooper B doubled. Ringwood knotted the game up at eight in the bottom of the fourth inning, when Kai C threw a wild pitch allowing one run to cross the plate.
Ringwood collected 11 hits on the day. Shiwon J went 3-for-3 while Archer N and Oliver A had multiple hits, too. Ringwood didn't commit a single error in the field as Oliver had the most chances with five.
Dandenong collected five hits including two apiece for Cooper and Refferty G. The team stole seven bases during the game as two players stole more than one. The side was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error, with Refferty making five plays to lead the team.
Dandenong 10 v Geelong 6
Both pitching staffs had their hands full on Sunday in a high-scoring game where Dandenong bested Geelong, 10-6.
Dandenong got on the board in the first inning when Refferty G singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.
Geelong scored three runs in the fifth inning with RBIs by Cale M, Dallas H, and Rive A.
Oscar H led things off on the hill for Dandenong. The hurler allowed two hits and three runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out six.
Lachie H was on the pitcher's mound for Geelong, allowing four hits and eight runs over two-thirds of an inning, striking out one. Noah L and Flynn S entered the game from the bullpen, throwing two and two-thirds innings and one-third of an inning respectively.
Ryder O led Dandenong with two hits in two at bats. Rive went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Geelong.
Diamond Valley 14 v Ringwood 3
Ringwood fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 14-3 loss to Diamond Valley on Sunday. Diamond Valley scored on a groundout by Jaxon W, a double by Joel R, a walk by Patrick L, and a single by Zach D in the first inning.
Diamond Valley scored five more runs in the fourth thanks to RBIs from Joel, Peter B, Benjamin B, and Dylan A.
Patrick toed the rubber for Diamond Valley. The hurler went two innings, allowing one run on zero hits with a pair of strikeouts.
Michael N led things off on the pitcher's mound for Ringwood. The pitcher allowed ten hits and nine runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out one and walking one.
Ewan C, Harrison P, Edison B, and Michael all had one hit to lead Ringwood. The side didn't commit a single error in the field as Finn W had the most chances with five.
Diamond Valley totaled 13 hits in the game. Benjamin, Joel, and Cohen P all had multiple hits while Cooper S led with five stolen bases. Diamond Valley stole 20 bases total and didn't commit a single error in the field with Benjamin taking a team-high five chances.
City West 16 v Bendigo 4
Bendigo watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 16-4 loss to City West on Sunday. City West scored on a stolen base by Joshua R, walks by Noah C and Brodie L, and a grand slam by Lucas K in the first inning.
Brodie was on the hill for City West. The ace surrendered two runs on three hits over two innings, striking out three.
Zak B started for Bendigo before Jack M, Russell B, and Jonothan P contributed in relief.
Pia A, Hayden C, Zak, Jonothan, Samson C, and Blake H all had one hit to lead Bendigo. Oliver H stole two of the team's nine stolen bases.
City West collected nine hits. Connor B and Lucas each collected multiple hits while teammate Joshua stole three out of nine bases.
Dandenong 3 v Ringwood 0
Dandenong defeated Ringwood 3-0 as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Zeek S struck out Michael N to finish off the game.
The pitching was strong on both sides. Dandenong pitchers struck out ten while Ringwood pitchers sat down six.
One bright spot for Ringwood was a single by Edison B in the first inning.
Refferty G was on the mound for Dandenong, throwing four innings, allowing zero runs on two hits and striking out eight.
Finn W started the game for Ringwood, giving up three runs on two hits over three innings, striking out five. Oliver A threw one inning out of the bullpen.
Cooper B and Chase P had one hit each for Dandenong while Lachlan J had the most chances in the field with 11.
Geelong 11 v Diamond Valley 6
Geelong defeated Diamond Valley 11-6 after taking the lead late in the game. It was tied at six with Geelong batting in the bottom of the fourth when Noah L singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.
Geelong earned the victory despite giving up five runs in the second inning. Diamond Valley's offense was led by Marlowe C and Peter B with RBIs.
Dallas H took the win for Geelong. The ace went one inning, allowing zero runs on one hit, striking out two and walking one. Huga T threw two and a third innings in relief out of the bullpen.
Kieran H started the game for Diamond Valley. The pitcher went one and two-thirds innings, allowing five runs on four hits and striking out two. Beckett S struck out four.
George S started the game for Geelong, throwing one and one-third innings, allowing five runs on five hits, striking out one and walking one.

Bendigo 9 v City West 8
City West lost the lead late in a 9-8 defeat to Bendigo. The game was tied at six with Bendigo batting in the top of the third when they scored on a wild pitch.
City West had 11 hits and Bendigo had four. Blake H singled on a 1-0 count, scoring two runs for Bendigo in the first.
City West scored five runs in the second inning. Christian P, Brodie L, Kohen V, and Flynn S all had RBIs.
Owen K led things off on the pitcher's mound for Bendigo. The ace lasted one inning, allowing six hits and six runs while striking out two.
Kohen was on the pitcher's mound for City West. The bulldog lasted one and one-third innings, allowing two hits and three runs while striking out three. Connor and Flynn entered the game from the bullpen, throwing one and one-third innings and one inning respectively.
Kohen led City West with three hits in three at bats while Flynn and Brodie had multiple hits too.
Zak B went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Bendigo in hits. Hamish K led Bendigo with two of the team's six stolen bases.
